Exclusively practicing criminal law since 1987, Alan Eisner is a State Bar Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. Due to his extensive experience in Federal Criminal Defense, he has been admitted to the United States Bar for the Central District of California in addition to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a former Senior Deputy District Attorney within the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Dmitry Gorin has practiced Criminal Law since 1993. As an active Adjunct Law Professor at the renowned UCLA and Pepperdine Law Schools, he frequently lectures and has authored and published various books on trial practices and procedures, specifically in the fields of Grand Jury Investigations, Trial Communications, Constitutional Rights, and Sentencing.
